Tilo has been playing video games since she was 6 years old. Now, she is much older than that, but it wouldn't be nice to ask. It used to be just her vs. the computer, or AI, or whatever you want to call it. And then there was the internet (where she lives almost full-time), and she discovered online PC gaming. Suddenly, it was Player vs. Player, person vs. person. And there have been many victories; you had better believe it, but many losses as well. And it was during these times that Tilo wondered who her comrades-in-arms or opponents were; who were behind the voices on Vent, Teamspeak, and who were behind the avatars on the forums? But alas, there was no easy way to find out. So this became her most very important mission: to connect players to players. To bridge the virtual world with real life, to connect real life faces to their characters, toons, avatars, etc. She also knows that female gamers abound, and they are a whole lot different from traditional male gamers, but that doesn't mean we can't all get along. We are kin here, and much more than just a screen name.
